How does the admin sign up?
Visit the One Deliver website or app, choose "Register as Admin", fill in your business details, verify your mobile number and you're live. Onboarding takes under 10 minutes.
How do customers log in?
Customers log in using their registered mobile number with OTP verification. No passwords needed. The admin adds customers to their business — customers then get a login invitation via SMS.
Can I run multiple delivery types?
Absolutely. You can create multiple product categories under one account — e.g., Water Cans, LPG Cylinders, and Groceries — all managed from the same admin panel.
How do I assign delivery agents?
From the Orders screen, tap any order and select "Assign Agent". You'll see available agents with their current load. The agent gets notified instantly on their app.
Is the app available on Android and iOS?
Yes. One Deliver is available on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store. There are separate apps for Admin/Agent and for Customers, all connected to the same backend.
What payment methods does it support?
UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Cash on Delivery, and Wallet credits. All payments are powered by Razorpay and fully compliant with RBI guidelines.
